A great article that highlights a shift in how technology is perceived in the organization.  A good view into how our customers are thinking and some golden nuggets to help us uncover new opportunities on our sales calls.  This could give IBM leverage to sell more Strategic Outsourcing deals than ever before.  If customers are concerned about their IT, and how to manage it all, it takes their eye off their core business.  Instead, IBM can be their strategic IT partner.  We simply need the CIOs to buy into a reorganization of how they manage internal IT … and this is a good start! –RBGM
