After #Southwest Fuselage Rip, Airline Moved Fast

I’m really enjoying this story with Southwest Airlines.  They’re doing an incredible job of leading the company through this challenge.  Grounding their own planes, leading their own ’emergency’ inspection schedule, and tightly controlling clear communication on it’s findings is putting in-flight employees at ease and addressing customer fears.  Incredible stuff.  Not cheap, for sure, but a really great example of solid corporate leadership.  Air Canada, take note.  –RBGM
